Pyeongchang, South Korea has won the 2018 Winter Olympics, defeating rival cities Munich and Annecy, France in the first round of voting by the International Olympic Committee. This was Pyeongchang's third bid for the games. South Korean soldiers who train in Pyeongchang are totally stoked.
