Julia Roberts has received the top honor the most, celebrating her fourth turn as the cover girl last year. She was also named "Most Beautiful" in 2005, 2000, and 1991.
Leonardo DiCaprio appeared on the special issue a year after the release of "Titanic" (1998). DiCaprio is one of only three men to have landed on the cover. He is joined by Mel Gibson (1996) and Tom Cruise (1997).
Nicole Kidman appeared on 2002 cover. She was followed by Halle Berry (2003) and Jennifer Aniston (2004).
Other stars who are part of People's "Most Beautiful" honor roll include Jodie Foster (1991), Cindy Crawford (1993), Meg Ryan (1994), Courteney Cox (1995), Catherine Zeta Jones (2001), Angelina Jolie (2006), Drew Barrymore (2007), Kate Hudson (2008) and Christina Applegate (2009).
